Standing between families and that moment are the small and solo law firms serving local communities: busy, stretched thin, and doing work that matters far more than any spreadsheet or software category suggests. Their clients are stressed, grieving, and looking for someone to guide them through it. We built EstateMin because those firms deserve better tools, and because the people they serve deserve better care.
This is still early. The market we are building for is enormous and largely unserved, and the version of EstateMin that exists in five years will look very different from what exists today. We are looking for people who want to help shape that, not join something already finished.
At EstateMin, we like to think of ourselves as fun and easygoing, but ultimately driven by innovation. As an Irish company that has launched in the US, we stay true to our Irish roots — solving problems over a cup of tea, with regular social events and after-work gatherings that bring the team together.
We're a small team, so everyone's work matters and everyone's voice counts. We look for self-starters, motivated people, and true go-getters — the kind of people who take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do.
We value people who care about the human side of this work, since what we build sits alongside families during estate planning, probate, and some genuinely difficult moments.
